ABOUT THE OWNER...

Lindy Alfaro is a dynamic Human Resources (HR) professional with more than 16 years of HR experience.  She has a Master of Business of Administration from University of South Carolina’s acclaimed Darla Moore School of Business and a Certificate in Employee Relations Law by Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C.

Her experience spans all levels of organizations - from working alongside executives to translate business strategies into meaningful action plans to partnering with first line supervisors to address personnel concerns.  She has hands-on experience in developing and implementing solutions to address a variety of organizational challenges. 

Lindy’s background is focused in manufacturing, distribution, and service businesses but her HR expertise can be applied across any type of organizations.  Let her many years of HR generalist and management experience work for the benefit of you and your organization!
